1. Hospital Pickup: Simply pick up your pet’s medication directly from our hospital. Our dedicated team will ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. To request a prescription for pickup, feel free to reach out to us via phone at 614-471-2201, through our website https://gahannaanimalhospital.org/rx-refill/, or using the Gahanna Animal Hospital App. Medication requests take 2 business days to process.

2. My Vet Store Online: Discover the convenience of ordering through our online pharmacy, My Vet Store Online, accessible at https://gahanna.myvetstoreonline.pharmacy. Medications are delivered to your doorstep!

• Additionally, benefit from complimentary shipping on orders exceeding $49 (Refrigerated items qualify for free shipping on orders surpassing $200).

Free Written Prescription: Recognizing the importance of flexibility in prescription management for your furry companions, we are pleased to offer complimentary written prescriptions available for pick up at our hospital. You’re welcome to take the written prescription to the pharmacy of your choice, including online pharmacies!

• To expedite the process, it’s recommended to request a written prescription during your pet’s examination.

• Please note that many online pharmacies only accept original written prescriptions. Upon picking up your written prescription from the hospital, you may need to mail it to your chosen online pharmacy depending on their policy.

Prescription diets will be approved as they have always been.

Kindly note that regardless of the option chosen, we require two business days (Monday-Friday) to approve your request. Orders placed after 3 pm on Fridays will be ready for pickup the following Tuesday.
