Matted Coat Policy
Deshedding and heavily matted coats will incur an additional charge ($20-$80) based on breed, size, and coat condition. We will not demat to the point that we feel we are no longer working in the best interest of your pet. If we feel that shaving your pet is the only humane way to remove matts, that is how we will proceed. A shaving fee will apply due to the delicate nature of removing tight, severe matting, ensuring your pet’s utmost comfort. Additionally, an extra handling fee may be incurred if additional staff members are needed to assist with the extended grooming process.
Additional Handling
A supplementary handling fee ($20-$50) will be implemented for pets requiring additional assistance due to medical needs or exhibiting behavioral issues. This fee enables us to assign extra staff to ensure your pet’s comfort and well-being throughout their stay.
Our aim is to provide the best care possible, tailored to your pet’s individual needs.
Vaccination Requirements
We require that your pet has a physical examination during their visit if they are a new patient and vaccinations are due or if they are a current patient and it has been over a year since their last annual examination at the time vaccinations are due.
Dogs must be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo Combo, and Bordetella.
Cats must be current on the following vaccinations: Rabies and Feline Distemper.
