What types of payment options are available?

We require payment to be made in full at the time service is rendered. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and Scratchpay.

Are financing options available for my pet’s care?

We are proud to accept CareCredit and Scratchpay.

Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?

Please let a staff member know if you’d like an estimate before we start any services.

We can provide a good-faith estimate of the cost of our services prior to treating your pet. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that impact your final bill.

We may require a deposit based on our estimate prior to any further treatment.

Should I call ahead to book an appointment?

Yes, we operate by appointment only. Please call ahead or book an appointment online.

We see patients by appointment and try our very best not to keep you waiting. However, when emergencies occur, your scheduled appointment may be delayed while we provide emergency care to the patient in need. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope that you understand that the same level of care will be provided to your pet in an emergency situation.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?

In an effort to accommodate requests for same-day appointments, we require a phone call, email, or app cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee on the second missed appointment or late cancellation, without adequate notice (24 hours), in a 365-day window. This fee will be reapplied for every subsequent missed appointment or late cancellation per scheduled pet.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the space in our schedule to other clients.

What types of animals do you treat?

Our veterinary team takes care of small domestic pets including dogs, cats, and pocket pets.

Where can I purchase my pet's prescriptions?

You can purchase all the medications your pet needs either via our in-house pharmacy or our online pharmacy.

Kindly note that regardless of the option chosen, we require two business days (Monday–Friday) to approve your request.
